Return Policy

We hope you love your Nina Collection purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible merchandise may be returned subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original purchase condition.
• All original hang tags must remain attached.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, where applicable.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Your return must arrive back to us no later than 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Please take care when packaging your return. Merchandise that is worn, washed, damaged, altered, missing tags, or otherwise returned in an unacceptable condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Final Sale Merchandise

The following items cannot be returned:

• Merchandise discounted by 20% or more
• Merchandise purchased during a Flash Sale
• Gift cards
• Items marked FINAL SALE

Starting a Return

To begin a return, please submit a return request using the link below. Once your request has been approved, the package must be shipped within five business days.

A prepaid return label may be provided for eligible domestic returns. An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Returns must be shipped using the approved return label or through a trackable, certified shipping carrier. The Nina Collection is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please allow sufficient time for your package to reach us within the 14-day return window. We recommend allowing a minimum of three to four days for return shipping.

Refunds and Processing Times

Once your return is received, it will be evaluated to confirm that it meets our return conditions.

Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt. Processing may take up to 14 calendar days during peak periods.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. When applicable or otherwise agreed upon, a refund may be issued as a Nina Collection gift card or as required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges and return shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account after it has been processed.

Terms and Conditions

All returns are reviewed individually and are ultimately accepted at the discretion of The Nina Collection, including the determination of whether merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition. Our intention is always to provide a fair and positive experience for our customers.

Suspected fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the denial of a return request or future transactions.

In certain circumstances, we may request additional information, including personal information, to verify a purchase or return request. The collection, use, and sharing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Customer Satisfaction

If you believe your circumstances require an exception to this policy, please contact us. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of The Nina Collection. As always, customer satisfaction remains our priority.
